"We buy direct, build for ourselves, and sell direct from the factory to the trade. We don't have plush offices and we don't have any salesmen or dealers. That's how we control our costs. Our business is building cabs that are practical, good quality and good value," says Managing Director Steve Ferris. They get exactly what they ordered, and are dealt with fairly and respectfully," says Geoff Ferris, Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator. "We know that not everybody is business and finance minded so we allow extra time to ensure that customers understand everything. At SVA, there are no salesmen eager for commission to the detriment of the customer. You only deal with people who have a vested interest in getting it right," he added.
"SVA have a range of specifications to meet the needs of all drivers, from the simple but hard-wearing intro models, to the more lush and plush. Some models are UK M1, others have full European M1, depending on individual Council requirements," commented Charles Webb, Operations Director.
